Turtle Box Speaker Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Only Money Customs. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Turtlebox or any other third party.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of The US who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Sweepstakes begins when the giveaway is announced and ends at 11:59 PM on 02/06/26 (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received before the end of the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

A. Purchase Entry (Optional):
Make a purchase on the Sponsor’s website during the Giveaway Period. Entrants will receive one (1) entry for every one (1) U.S. dollar spent, excluding taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.

B. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, send an email to the Sponsor with the subject line:
“enter me in the turtle box giveaway”
Each valid email submission will receive one (1) entry.

Limit one free entry per person via email.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one custom painted Turtle Box Speaker. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other items. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place after the giveaway ends.

The winner will be notified via the contact information associated with their entry. If the selected winner does not respond within 10 business days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted using automated or unethical methods. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity of the promotion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical errors that may affect participation in the Sweepstakes.

Do I have to buy something to enter?
No. You can enter for free by emailing us with the subject line “enter me in the turtle box giveaway.”

How many times can I enter?
You may receive multiple entries through purchases (1 entry per $1 spent). Free email entries are limited to one per person.

When does the giveaway end?
The giveaway ends on 02/06/26 at 11:59 PM.

How will the winner be announced?
The winner will be contacted directly and announced after the giveaway closes.

What exactly am I winning?
